AM I THE ONLY ONE LEFT?
My case is December 9th 2020. i-485, i-131, i-765 all submitted together! today make it 435 days over 14 months and nothing to show . This is high level of wickedness🤣😂🤣. It's becoming very difficult to bear this!!

My cases are also 9 December 2020, no EAD. I-485 cases of my dependents were transferred to NBC, mine is in Texas

October 2020 filing date, but they recently transferred my case out of Texas. any idea if this will prolong it or make it faster?

I see that Texas doesn't receive new I-485 cases and almost doesn't process I-485 cases. But Texas is pushing hard EAD applications

interesting KD, because they said they transferred my 485, so maybe I’ll still get EAD from Texas, is that how it works?

filed EB1C October 2020, I131, I765, I140 and I485 BIO done in May 2021, denied I131 as travelled, I765 approved Jan 2022 and pending I140 and I485 in Nebraska. it so crazy …

in general, NBC is much faster than Texas, but I'm not sure regarding transfered cases.
