Hey guys! My husband applied I-130 for me before 8 months ago. After 5 months they actively review my case and ask for RFE. And it’s already been 2 and half months that we had send RFE but they haven’t respond yet. Please can anyone tell how much time it will take to respond??tell how much time it will take to respond??

did they update your status to “RFE received”?

Yes they received it 2 and half months ago. But they don’t respond yet . Any idea about timeframe???

At first my case was at Nebraska but later they transfer here. I don’t know the reason behind it?? And my husband is US citizen and they gave almost 8-9 months of timeframe but nothing happens till now . So that i m worrying

@ Sandhya, well they have 60 days to respond to the RFE but I guess they do what they want to do. Tomorrow will be 3 months since they've received my RFE response and no movement yet.
