Questions about Emma
Hello everyone. I am seeing a lot of questions about Emma and how to get to real person on other line (chat).
Basically you have to start the chat with Emma on USCIS website, just type “live agent” and it will give you options about the topics (green card, visa, etc etc) after you pick yours, it should connect you to a live agent and you can ask the location of your case and or other questions you might have, get your receipt number ready. It won’t answer all the questions, but at least it’s something.
Hope this helps!
USCIS customer agent cannot access my case
hi I am waiting for my 10 year green card renewal which I filled last year February. had my biometric done in July 2021. status says is being reviewed. since last July. when I called the USCIS service center for inquiry, they keep telling me they cannot access my information and I should write to the service center directly.is this something I should worry about . Has anybody called customer service and they could not access his case.
thanc
Emma live chat (i485)
Just got off the chat with live rep who told me that case has been moved to NBC, and when asked which office will make a final decision he/she said it will go back and forth between locations. Is that a good news in processing timeline wise?
Out of experience, who you think making a decision, NBC or local office? (Chicago in my case)
Time for Naturalization
Hi, I filed my N-400 in April 2020, I received my request for biometrics in Dec 2020, and since then there has been no movement on my (and my families) application. I filed in the Philadelphia office. is this time line usual to approve N-400? I have sent queries to USCIS but have not received a response yet.
