my husband still waiting we in nyc his pd is oct 1 bio on nov 3 and actively reviewing since nov 5 nothing yet. praying that we get some good news this week or next

@renzo I reached out to congressman since I was denied for the first expedited request attempt I made. I went on his website filled a form and he replied in 1 day. I sent him all the proofs ( letter from my job, letter from myself explaining my situation if I lost my job, medical & credit cards bills) after he submitted everything I got approved in just 7 days

how do we know your congressman has submitted . I sent all evidence to my congressman’ on Saturday and no acknowledgement of it . He acknowledged the first day I contacted him.

@k P & Adrien, my congressman followed up with me. once he submitted and was accepted by uscis he forwarded the confirmation email to me. when they promised him that action would be taken on the case he also forwarded it to me.
