@berry berry, yes he gave us a paper that says it’s Under Review. he said everything looked great and he doubt it will take 120 days as it states on the notice he handed to us. it’s been 3 weeks

@DD can it be that local office already decided and now waiting on NBC? or now the case should return to Chicago and then the verdict comes out?

so u attended the interview in Chicago and now ur file has been transferred to nbc? like moved back to NBC? I thought it stays at the FO and here is where it is decided ?

make sense now .. I raised a SR for out of processing time for me and my spouse .. main petitioner it ends with MSC which means the file has moved back and for the dependent it’s CHI which means still at Chicago.. so I don’t know really how that is addressed

i had same experience in chicago, handed the paper that case is under review, been waiting for a decision sincr 1st June 2021. Extremely slow
