Hello everyone,
I have one question and perhaps you are so kind to clarify it to me:
When we submit AOS for k1 no matter where we are located within the US NBC ( National Benefit Center) will process our I-485 application, including EAD and advance parol doc too, in my understanding.
Now, where I am confused is what then our local field office will process? Meaning, when we submit documents to NBC what processing time we are look for EAD for
instance, NBC or our local field office?

I had my biometrics done in September 2021, got my I-140 approved in October 2021. I still haven’t received RFE for Medicals. Anyone else in a similar situation?

Expedite EAD
Just had one of my expedite requests from the congressman get denied on 2/3 but had a different one in that I did myself get an update on the case processing website. There was an update on 2/8 stating that it was assigned to an officer. not quite sure what that means now. Usually when it gets assigned it gets denied immediately but so far I have not hear anything about denied or approved. Is this a good sign?

Anyone waiting for their NIW I-140 at the Nebraska center? I submitted my I-140 and I-485 concurrently in June 2021 and still waiting for a decision. If you’re on the same boat, please share your experience. When can we expect to hear something?
