I got approved i130 while I was in deportation order, after 130 approved I apply 212 and removed my deportation. now waiting on 601 waiwer! good luck

I did, i got approved with i-130 & i-485 waiting for the uscis to terminate joint motion so I can be approved by immigration judge

you can't leave the country even if you get advance parole you have to wait to get the case closed

but can you travel with a advance parole while waiting for I-601 ?

you can’t leave us until 601a approved and finish Interview abroad! also you can’t apply for work authorization without 601 aproval , which sucks
