It Doesn't make sense!!!!
They will transfer cases from one service center to the other without notification and when asked why they will say to make it faster, but in reality they're shifting cases from SC that are working faster (priority date 2020/2021) to SC that have a priority date 2017/2018/2019. So frustrating.
ROC filed February 2019.
waiting for schedule an interview.... long long wait.... how long it take to schedule.... Any one in same boat from Nation benefit center Missouri?

Applied for a renewal of Combo card but only got approved I 765
Applied for a renewal of Combo card Jan 11th 2022. Only I 765 got approved and received a card today but it’s not a Combo card. Please share if someone having a same experience

what is next step for I485 and I360?
my i360 and i485 was denied and I applied for i290b in dec 2021. so in feb 7 they reopened my i360 and i485. After preliminary review of my application they transferred my i485 to NBC.
I do not get I360 approval yet
They transferred my I485 to another feild office means they approved my i360?
what will happen with my i485?

Did anybody request an Advisory Opinion? How long does it take for them to reply?
Uscis sent me an RFE asking to prove I am not under 2 years home residence rule after J-1 work and Travel, and I lost my DS-2019 where it shows that info, and it is not mentioned on my visa, so I had to request an Advisory opinion, however I have to respond to USCIS till April 25th so I am wondering if there is a chance to get an answer before due date.

i140 not approved, what happens to i485?
i140 has been filed under EB1B in July 2021 in Nebraska center. i485 was submitted with medicals in February 2022 and we received a receipt from the national benefits center. the employer is saying it might be a bad idea to expedite the i140 using premium processing. will the i485 not be approved till i140 is approved?
RFE before interview for 130
I have been waiting for my interview to be scheduled and I got RFE for my I485 for my medical and my wife i130 they asking to send evidence that our marriage is real … pictures bank statements assets things that you would take with you for the interview they want me to send in .. is this good or bad does anyone go through this before . is this a waiver for the interview
can't track my case with receipt number
I filed my U visa on 2018 and I did my biometric on August 2018. I have my receipt and receipt number start with EAC but when I try to check my case status with online or with any Application but there is error does not recognize the receipt number entered.
anybody know about that. please tell me what I have to take action to do it correct.
