for my I-130 at Texas, the USCIS timeline on lawfully was very accurate. now that my case is at NVC, the info on lawfully for this part is NOT accurate or even up to date on how NVC work.

i think it depends on the case..iright niw the timing for ead for me is in may..i got my card is produced couple of days back…approval status didnt change also after a couple of hrs later

the prediction is just probability. my 130 was approved for the 48% bar but it could have been for other % bars
