can't track my case with receipt number

I filed my U visa on 2018 and I did my biometric on August 2018. I have my receipt and receipt number start with EAC but when I try to check my case status with online or with any Application but there is error does not recognize the receipt number entered. anybody know about that. please tell me what I have to take action to do it correct.
