Anybody with the same time and still waiting? I know that processing time is taking 7 to 15 months. But saw some case is being approve early. I'm getting tired traveling and satying 6 month in US and 6 month in Europ losing a lot of time.

Hi, our i-130 was approved and lawyer sent over i-485 to USCIS and already got receipts and Bio appointment. i have a master hearing May of 2022 and i’m not sure what will happen from now on, will judge terminate court and grant green card or USCIS will grant it and how long will it take??

Raised SR for 3 times but just got the reply for second SR which was raised on Dec 09, 2021 and they sent an email on Feb, 10, 2022 saying your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. Does anybody have similar experience? How long it might take?

Vermont delayed processing my case

My Form I-751 has been taking too much in Vermont Service Center. I know 2 ppl that filed less than 3 months before me and they have already gotten their 2nd GC, one of those have already applied for citizenship (she got her 2nd GC in less than 4 months). I don't know their priorities, since they filed close to mine and they were processed also in Vmt.

I filed I 290b for my i360 and i485 on 16 Dec 2021. they reopened I360 and transferred my i485 to local field office. is this mean that my I360 is approved?

dose any one got approved on april 2021 applicants , I applied on April 5 & i did my biometric on August 26 and traveled after that now its been over 10 month since I applied and almost 4 months out of us , ! will i get approved before complete 6 months #I131 #travel_document

I thought I was on a great start! (Marriage based GC) So far we got: case received in beginning of November. biometric in beginning of December Went through interview end of January. still shows “Interview was scheduled” anyone with similar timelines? (Chicago)
