dose any one got approved on april 2021 applicants , I applied on April 5 & i did my biometric on August 26 and traveled after that
now its been over 10 month since I applied and almost 4 months out of us ,

Went through interview end of January.
still shows “Interview was scheduled”

useless lawyer
I did my second interview stroke since 11 month no decision they just told us 120 days and it like 11 month now and my lawyer refused to write just a letter to ask them to make decisions. he always say don’t want uscis to be angry with us really. what kind of lawyer is afraid of uscis . even begging me not to sue them and wait . how can I fire him because my wife said we should get another lawyer who is not afraid of uscis
