tier 1 is like a teacher tier 2 is like a principal

how do you ask for tier 2 or 3 ?
abii AbiiFeb 11, 2022
@sk just call the USCIS contact number, and say infopass, then they will connect you to a live agent, that’s tier 1 officer, and he will schedule your call with tier 2 officer
