We applied i130 petition on july 5 2021 when my husband was permanent resident and after one month case was being actively reviewed as our service center was California on November we upgraded our case as US citizen then on December 6 2021 we got mail from Texas service center regarding approval of upgraded case then on February 8 2022 we got mail by saying case is actively reviewing…What does this mean?where was my service center??How much time does it take to approve the cases?????
765 renewal still waiting
so my husband sent in his renewal april 21 2021 we got an extension the 180 days which is up next month. i put in an expedite request with him today for financial loss if it expires. I’m scheduled for my 3rd csection a week before it expires. so there is no way I will be able to work obviously until healed from the surgery. when they asked about why we needed it we told them that and they said they were including it in the expedite info.
has anyone expedited recently and it been approved and how long did it take?
oh and it’s at nbc I believe.

Hello everyone I have my travel document and just want to fine out if it’s safe for me to travel without a green card cause some people told me in some countries they might not allow you pass through without a green card even if you have just the travel document anyone with an experience to share with me

Anybody with a marriage based green card being processed through the Cincinatti field office and received an RFE? it’s been 23 days since we sent our response and haven’t heard anything back. trying to get an idea of how long it takes this office to send you feedback after receiving your response to RFE. stokes interview
Please help if u had a stoke interview recently especially at the Long Island field office.
I did my AOS interview April 2021 case been in review from then. I reached out to my congressman and uscis replied to them In a week and told them we are getting stoke interview next month.
Any advice on how it goes and what they will ask us???
