moe H, I did it already in my account 2x and they answere me the same its actively reviewing. I also filed e -request same answer they are actively reviewing it. I been calling but i cannot soeak to a person only answering machine, same answer given.. Hayzzz!!!

A@zulemer, when you call them say info pass. this way they will connect you with a real person. it is not guaranteed they can do anything but you can try it. some of them are helpful and some are not but when you say info pass, for sure they will connect you with a person.

you will get it. My friend got his interview scheduled a week after foia completed. I think it depends on each field office

@zulemer, @ Jay c, @anyone who filed Foia, I filed foia and it is completed today. when I opened the files I only saw the acknowledgment letter and my application. it looks like I only asked to send me a copy of my applications. I did file two applications. one of them was lost on the mail and after a month, I filed another N400. after they received the second N400, the one the was lost was received late. my question is it okay that in the Foia I only requested a copy of my application or you guys requested something else? all I have from Foia now is a copy of the application. thank you in advance

guys i did my interview i passed the written and civic test. The problem is i need to email them my IRS agreement and proof of payment of my taxes before they make a decision so please be ready all your IRS
