EAD Renew - 180 days
Does anyone know if they have been adjudicating EAD renewals before the 180 days automatic extension ends? Or if they would accept a expedite request in case the extension is about to expire (currently employed).
My EAD extension will expire on May 10th 2022 and renewal was submitted on September 2021, Texas Service Center (SRC).

i filed petition for my mom in June 2021 and received i130 approval 3 days ago on Feb 7th (8 month without RFE which is pretty amazing and surprising timing for uscis), today i received that uscis sent approved i130 to NVC and now i have to wait when they send the welcome letter to proceed with the next steps. how long does it usually take for them to send out welcome letter? i read its between 30-60 days but whats ur experience?
