I did outside processing time, I did expedite 15 days ago, today I did the request today with the congressman.

I filed 1 outside of processing time request and 2 expedite requests. All of them were unsuccessful. After that I contacted congresswoman from my state and her office staff filed inquiry on my behalf. It took some time but Uscis replied that my expedite request was approved and 9 days later my card is apparently is ready.

yes, I would recommend doing that. and also be a little pushy, try to remind about yourself as much as possible. it helps.

yeah I call uscis almost every day, it doesn’t seem helpful but I still do it. my congressman submiited expedite this Monday so I’m hoping to hear back from them next week

sorry, I meant to be pushy with employees at congresswoman office. because they have a lot of cases too. I got along well with person that was helping me and I think it helped me too.

my case worker submit documents and Uscis were silent, so she was calling them and sending emails and only after that they replied.
