petition for parent
i filed petition for my mom in June 2021 and received i130 approval 3 days ago on Feb 7th (8 month without RFE which is pretty amazing and surprising timing for uscis), today i received that uscis sent approved i130 to NVC and now i have to wait when they send the welcome letter to proceed with the next steps. how long does it usually take for them to send out welcome letter? i read its between 30-60 days but whats ur experience?

yes i saw they r working on Jan31 receivings, but it depends how fast they process receivings, timeframe will be updated next monday. i am really hoping it will fast

and from experience, do they usually send it with email? cuz unlike USA Eastern European countries suck in mailing service 😅

@A G what was you priority date? I filed for my parents July 1st and 4th . 2 days ago it went on actively reviewing and mom's was reviewed twice the same day. Texas service center

june 1st 2021, it went under active review on October 24 2021 and approved on feb 7 2022
