my husband son PD is August 2020 Jamaica nothing just says case received Potomac service center

Mine is Jamaica too. I filed an e request and waiting for a response.

I filed 4 e request starting In October 2021 no reply keep saying will reply in 30 days

ok. This is my first request but I think you should request to speak to teir 2 agent.

I about to put in a e request again for February 534 days waiting I wonder if the embassy in Jamaica is open crazy thing is my husband is a citizen it should never be this long

I called uscis yesterday about my case said I put in 5 e request and nothing she said a teir 2 agent will call me in 30 days from a 202 number so when I get the call I will ask about both cases

Oh oh. I received my green card last month and my case is over. My husband is filling for my son he is also a citizen.

I hope the wait for us is not much longer I want to visit Jamaica so bad at least I got my work permit 2 days ago

and no update for my husband son 549 days for him every time he call up say daddy when I coming up 7 years old

all it says we received your I 130 they did give me my 2nd work permit expire in 2 years

I'm sorry to hear that hun. I'm got my 10 years last month. Took me a year to get thur. But my son one just stuck.

That hard for him and me know him want to come.😔😔😔. I'm not going down until my son get thur because that too traumatic.

nothing at all I called up there yesterday and they put in a inquiry for my husband son again said all we can do is wait thing is the I 130 is way out of process time 12 to 15 months we are at 19 months 570days

Same thing with me. I called they gave another service number. I sent a email from account and get no response. I called my lawyer for them to do something they say they can't do anything and should just wait.

my sister in law wedding is in August really don’t know what to do if my husband was not a citizen I could understand but he is so this is very unfair

O lord! Still nothing. I'm here filing request after request and still nothing and it's taking a toll on my child now. I'm taking figure out away to get a expedite request cause nothing is working.

same here my husband son calls up and cry when we try to explain he don’t understand something has to work out is the Jamaican embassy working?

The embassy is open and there is no more covid restrictions and I'm think of having him visit for the summer.

well my husband is going to go ahead and buy 2 tickets for Jamaica for the wedding in august one for him and one for my 5 year old daughter it’s 646 days today and nothing nothing nothing from uscis my heart hurts so bad

@queens Q yoooo today is day 855 no green card no updates I was so lucky to get the advance parole right before the wedding and be apart of it went to Jamaica for the first time it was so beautiful didn’t want to come home.I don’t know how to feel no movement for my stepson his mom even think we are lying that we filed cause other kids get through everyday in Jamaica the crazy thing is that my husband is a citizen from the beginning so what’s the hold up
