I already ask congress and it came back that it at field office that they still wating for the officer to make decion on it and the congress woman said we should wait and see

@jojo even me to and to get a new lawyer might cost like 4k to sue them and my wife told me about the lawyer but I refuse to listen to her now he just don’t want to do anything because I already paid him finish

I did last week and didn't hear from him. sent him an email again today.

yes I know he just want money and so lazy . saying we should wait for them to come and visit us at home u told him when and he said he does not even know really wait for us is home visit since 11 month

I've a feeling that some of these lawyers knows the state that we're in and just don't care since they've already received their money.

by the time you find a new lawyer that isnt scared of uscis you maybe will be able to find out why its taken them soo long

@jojo yes that thru my mistake was paying him everything before interview. maybe he would have work had to get his balance so afraid . whenever I called he said just wait and wait maybe they going to come to your house and issue your green card . imagine

sue USCIS and force the case to be adjudicated by a judge. Before you do this make sure you have strong marriage. once you sue them- they will make a decision. the worse case scenario is going to court to have a judge look at your case all over again. Goodluck

@Kazeem yes it was African lawyer . so they denial your case that most be so frustrating. how can you send documents without paying for acknowledgment at usps or fedex and you know it important documents. lawyers just messing everybody up

@TA it was after 2 days I did first one I saw a letter asking me to come in a month I was surprised. even me and my lawyer and my wife was very surprised. and I was like really what happened and maybe because am from Africa

your lawyer is not useless .he don't have to write nothing
