looks like they skipped July and August.

mine is marriage based a day ahead of you @VT 😊 (29th July) no joy yet, despite submitting 3 expedite requests. Biometrics Oct 21st - Sacramento. what’s your field office? Hopefully we’ll get good news soon.

I have the same timeline as you. I haven’t received EAD yet but I had my I485 interview last week. mine is marriage based and field office is Philadelphia

I don’t really think the process is moving faster. earlier before Biden come on board heard people got their EAD max 6 months.

July 12 nothing. expedite thru everyone I can come up with. even called governor office but no luck.

@V T they asked for one more document and then it will be approved. I’m an Australian married to an American and the interview was more like a catch up with a friend. My husband is military so the officer just wanted to talk to my husband about his service as he had a law enforcement background too. What I find most frustrating with this process is that everything stops processing on your case when there is a RFE. Why not issue the EAD so immigrants can at least work to support themselves, supplement the labor shortage and contribute to US society by paying tax. I have received 2 job offers but haven’t been able to start because of the delays.

I have same time line except I file through vawa. my case is at Vermont service center and I got nothing as yet

Thanks everyone. Seems like there really is no movement whatsoever for our EADs. This is so frustrating. My FO is Honolulu and I'll still be waiting for an interview for a while.

@shari Mc - it was actively reviewing (since the day of biometrics). This morning it changed from that to card is being produced

@VT on the uscis account you saw that it was actively reviewing because I don’t know where else to track my stuff but on this

@shari Mc - yes, in my USCIS account. The same translated to my Lawfully account
