what is next step for I485 and I360?
my i360 and i485 was denied and I applied for i290b in dec 2021. so in feb 7 they reopened my i360 and i485. After preliminary review of my application they transferred my i485 to NBC.
I do not get I360 approval yet
They transferred my I485 to another feild office means they approved my i360?
what will happen with my i485?

did you ever get your i765 and prima facie? also was your fingerprints used at any point in time.

@gaff vee i did not get prima facie and but i got EAD based on pending i485.
I submitted all my evidence with i290b.

most times when they transfer to NBC it’s always a good sign. did they use your fingerprints for your i485 and your EAD?

yes they use my fingerprint for my EAD and i485

yes it is vawa. they send me REF but I didn’t receive it so I didn’t not respond to REF in time that’s why it was denied.
then i gave proofe thay I didn’t get REF and all. Now they reopened again
