Mine is NIW too but non-concurrent:) Priority date Nov/2021 and 140 approved date was on Oct/2021 (very similar):)) I did bio last month and I didn’t recieve any updates yet

my i140 (eb2 niw) was approved in September 2021. waiting for i485 approval. looking at similar timelines posted on here I would say we have another 6 months to wait. I sent Medical’s with pack

I’m in the same boat, but mine it is in Texas. I had my i140 approved in Aug 4, 2021 and still waiting medical RFE. at least you had your EAD renewal approved. I’ve been waiting it since September, 2021.

Mine is from Nebraska with a similar timeframe and Dec 21 2020 receipt date. No I 693 ask yet.

I recieved an update today. It says that my case was transferred to another office. Not sure where. Will wait for the notice in the mail. 🤷🏻‍♂️

just update: I had my i-485 transferred to another office and my i-765 (renewal) approved today as well. Thank God, bc I was in the 180 days and I was afraid to lose my permanent position.

I wonder if they are transferring them to local offices for interview.

usually AOS based on EB2NIW does not require interview, not sure.

@C A agreed. One of my friends who was in EB2 was called to the office for his Spouse’s application as it had a typo. Not saying yours is the same case but there are instances where even in EB2 people might be called for an interview but what you said is correct there is no Interview generally. Also, it’s not uncommon for the application to be routed to field offices for quicker processing when the Centers are overwhelmed is what I have heard as well. Overall it looks like a good news. I think the field office decides if there is an interview so if it gets transferred there, they will look at it and decide whether to issue rfe for medicicals to be sent in / interview / approve if Medical’s already sent. maybe?

All friends who applied to Eb2 NIW and received GC in the last 2 years, got it without interview. Hope it is the same for us.

just figured out (chat with an agent) my case was transferred to National Benefits Center. It is weird bc on the processing time info, when you select i-485, there is this office/service center. Do you guys know anything about it?

Update: I received RFE for Medical Exam. Case is at NBC, letter came from Los Angeles Field Office (I live in the East coast). Hopefully, that’s the last step 🤞🏼

@C A great bud. Update: On Thursday my status was changed to RFE was sent. I received it yesterday, and went to the doctor yesterday too. I hope I mail them back on Friday to have the GC soon. 🙏 BTW, I live in FL, but my notice came from Santa Clarita, CA. I have to send my response to Los Angeles Field Office too.

@R - EB2-NIW R the doctor only gave the form filled to me next week, on Mar 28. I sent the same day to my lawyer, and she mailed the response to USCIS on Mar 31. It arrived on Monday Apr 4th, and, on the day after, the status changed to “RFE response was received. Today, it completes 6 days, so let’s see. Hope they approve it soon.

@R - EB2-NIW R the status changed today earlier to “new card is being produced”. thank God the journey has finished. and thank God USCIS is working on Saturdays LOL

I got a transfer notice today

They transferred my case 60 days ago but have no information yet.

@r-eb2-niw r I think you will get something soon, most are taking 4-8 weeks so hopefully yours is imminent
