so it’s been over 7 months since I applied for my husband for I-130. we have been actively reviewing since Nov 16 2021, how much longer is it going to take to get approved from Texas service center?

looks like most people are getting approved at Texas after 11 months, so another 4 months probably. I’m May 28 at Texas Service Center

10 to 13.5 months is the ballpark. Mine is just 5 months in. 🙏 Best of luck!

mine took about 330 days before approval.... The magic word during the process is patience. Good luck 2 u.

Mine was approved within 330 days, about 10 months including RFE period of one month at same service center. If there's no RFE, expect your approval in less than three months.
