I-130 Case Approved
Has anyone's I-130 been stuck at USCIS after they approved it? Ours was approved on October 15, 2021 after our petition to reconsider was approved. It's now been 4 months and it still hasn't been sent to the Embassy for Visa Processing. I have a call in for a Tier II Officer to follow up with me. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I was able to speak with a Tier II Officer this morning. They told me this is unusual that our case wasn't sent to NVC or the Embassy to process my Husband's Visa. They sent a request to the Nebraska USCIS location for an inquiry. They have 30 days to research this issue and then follow up with me. This whole process has been extremely traumatizing to us. NOTHING has gone easy for us. We filed in November 2019. I hope this comes to an end soon. 😔
