RFE Responses duration
For folks who responded to RFE (non medical deficiency), what was the duration between auto response received date and “We will review the evidence” date (the latter can be seen on myuscis).
Also, after review evidence when was the next step going to be to get status change?
PD: Aug 21, RFE received: Jan 22, Biometrics: Jan 22, RFE review: Feb 22

mine has been 105 days and it still says the response was received! i called them a couple days ago to see what’s going on and they said they will call me in a month. if not, I have to call them again. National benefit center.

That sucks. Is 105 days when you submitted it or when they started reviewing it?

i did my biometrics ans got the rfe the next day. I uploaded my response after like 3 days.

they received my evidence 10/18/21 (NBC). No change since then. I put in a service request via Emma on 1/19/22. no answer yet. I will follow up end of this week…

@tanja What date does it say on your myuscis page right under your case status? Where it says “Response received on… We will review the evidence”

90 days since RFE response received by USCIS, and counting…

@Sedi that’s the funny thing, under mine it sais 10/19/21 and in my husband’s account it sais 01/27/22 (parents of a US Citizen and we both had to resend our Birth Certificate) I uploaded them to the account 10/18/21 and it showed ‘received’ the same day.

@tanja s yes mine says received the same day as I uploaded my response. but there’s not a letter under my documents for that. it just says on November 1st we received your response.
