hi my case has been processing now for 5 years I had a lawyer but they are not helping me I left my children back home for 5 years now and I can’t hear anything from immigration. all I can see is that my case is being reviewed. and we keep doing inquiries but nothing. yes I do get my work permit renewed but nothing else

I think you should call USCIS directly and contact your representative and get their help too. I’m not too familiar with the omnibus person process, but that might also be an option (?). Wishing you good luck and a decision soon!

there are some “tips and tricks” on Reddit on how to get to a “real” person, some suggest saying “technical problem” and others say “accommodation” or “info pass” but I don’t have any personal experience using those terms tbh

I have a personal experience with this just call USCIS 1800 number and say “ Infopass” or “technical errors “ you will get to speak a live person

Gabriel we went on 2 interview and all they keep saying is they need more evidence the last interview was in 2019
