Interview Completed
we had our interview on Friday 02/11, after the interview both of I485&i130 updated to “ interview was completed and my case must be reviewed”.
and today 02/14 is our second anniversary so I’m wondering in case if they approved it will i get the 10yr or 2yr GC?

if it says approved after or on the 14th it will be 10 years green card no doubt because your marriage has officially been 2years

congratulation in advance . if it is approved before your two years wedding anniversary. it is 2 years but if it is on or after the 2 years anniversary, it is 10 years based on USCIS rules.

it’s 10 years bcos decision was yet to be talking as at the time your marriage is 2 years so congratulations u getting 10 years
