did anyone have their case stuck in background check after completing their interview?

What did you do to get your case approved and how long did it take? I had my interview back in May 2021 but every time I make enquiries they say it’s undergoing background check. I filed in May 2020 NBC. Minneapolis, MN

Need help please. Somebody adjusted status with the Immigration Court. It works sometimes??

I’m trying to get in contact with USCIS I’ve called a 800 but it’s only this automated lady. I’m filing I129F and was suppose to receive a document by today but I’ve never received it. does anyone know a number where I can talk to a real person? thank you.

call uscis not too long ago to inquire about EAD and they told me I have to write to the Vermont service center because they can’t give me an update.

just chat with Emma and the agent said that my case have been placed in the queue to receive an interview . do anyone knows how long it takes to receive the interview if you have been place on the queue?

Anyone from March mid to end or April beginning to mid got their NOA2 Yet ? please share when did you received it would be helpful to check the approval percentage and timeline.

travel when out of status

is that okay if I travel to Hawaii from San Francisco when I am out of status? and can I come back to San Francisco without any issues? my J1 expired but I applied for change of status to F1.

im permanent residence and applied for my spouse on may 29-2020 but still no update. i know someone who is also permanent residence and he applied for his wife on September 2021 but he got notification his case is actively reviewed. mine is 21 months but my case still not reviewed but his case is only 5 months but get reviewed. why im waiting too long?

Question about SSN

I’m waiting for my EAD card to be arrived ( which is just approved on 2.22.2022). I don’t have SSN, so I want to apply one, can I apply through online? I heard walk in service is not available these days. Is there anyone who recently applied for SSN? How’s the process going to be? Waiting for your help guys.

what’s going on with September filers have anyone gotten their EAD my case has been “actively being reviewed” for 2 months now with no movement. I’m beyond depressed at this point I just wanna 😭😫🙄😔

I recently received my second rfe about the tax , I didn't have At that time . It was the 2020 tax and I only send the 2018 , 2019 and I am confused because they ask for recent tax . Is it the one, I was missing or does it have to be 2021 tax

EAD Expedited Request

I requested for expedited EAD on the 14th February 2022 due to financial loss. I just received a message from USCIS for an offer letter evidence instead of financial loss (my wife gave birth, we have medical bills and monthly bills to take care of) . should I just send them my termination letter and the medical bills? Any advice will be appreciated.

any July ead for marriage based get approval yet?

Interview to Day

Today I had an interview that asked a lot of questions except I believe in the word of honor because my wife and I answered the same question except for the problem that happened to my wife on the I-129F wire in May 2019 and it was approved in November. I came to have a child in September 2019 after reading the paper so that my wife did not already know the child and did not arrive to declare on file I-129F is the only problem I found in my relationship with my wife than she said because of my family and when he was born he did not declare what he knew.
