EAD Expedited Request
I requested for expedited EAD on the 14th February 2022 due to financial loss. I just received a message from USCIS for an offer letter evidence instead of financial loss (my wife gave birth, we have medical bills and monthly bills to take care of) . should I just send them my termination letter and the medical bills? Any advice will be appreciated.

@I was made for this: I thought it was supposed to be done one after the other?? So can I send a new one while congressman submitted theirs?
@Jimmy: Please send the evidence, you never know it may be approved before you even contact congressman.

@Jimmy Jat, if you can get a letter from your employer mentioning that they are waiting for you to join them back, that could be an added benefit.

@sassy it never hurts to try i rather do both than to be waiting long for uscis so when they get contacted by congressman if incase uscis answers them they know what is going to happen after

ok, I see. Today is day 16 since my last one got denied. I was waiting on congress to submit theirs on my behalf. Maybe I should have done it since last week.
