request initial evidence of citizenship
Hi, I have a quick question the USCIS send a notice of evidence asking for my wife birth certificate to prove her citizenship, she was born in Puerto Rico so I send that with the paperwork apparently they don’t accept that version anymore I looked on the website i need an updated version of Puerto Rico birth certificate, she order online on the pr.gov site because it was cheaper but it’s taking too long and I don’t want to delay is there another way I can get a new birth certificate faster from Puerto Rico please

interview done for I-751 ( 10 year green card)
I just had my first interview in US done today less than 5 minutes she asked me what date we get married? and any new update papers ? and she give me my passport back and hand me the white paper said Your application/petition has been recommended for approval.
At this time, it appears that you have established your eligibility for the immigration benefit for which
you have applied. If final approval is granted, you will receive your approval notice by mail.
it’s any problem with my case? or I’ll get Approve soon?
EAD EXPEDITE
I applied for EAD expedite on 2/9.
On 2/16 - I got this email after involving my senator after no reply:
“We received your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly. “
When should I get a decision? should I call them again? Its been almost a week since that email. Also my account on USCIS online does not show my expedite request. Should that concern me?

refund
I filed for refund for my previous I751 last September 2020 because Uscis did mistake in my gc where my residence since should be July 14 2019. I filed again May 2021 for another I751. my problem is they approved the refund with exact receipt number but incorrect filling date instead of September 2020 they put may 2021 which is my recent one that I’m waiting for decision.
I’m worried that they might closed my recent application because of this incorrect filing date of refund.
I discussed this concern to them but they told me it’s ok however I’m still worried.
