filed in 3/2021. seems like TSC has been way faster than NSC recently. Has anyone filed in March/2021 got approved?

I’m sorry to hear that. based on Chen Law firm, December 2021, approvals from TSC was ~220 cases while NSC was only~20. it’s getting better in Jan/2022 but still ~230 TSC/~60 NSC. idk what they’ve been doing recently 🥲

my pd was end oct 2020 and I was approved end sept 2021. I think they are processing dec 2020/Jan 2021 at moment. there’s info on trackitt where you can see where they are at

in terms of processing, Nebraska is currently processing dec- January niw cases in high volume. they also processed very few march cases. according to chen's data

@pro gc, Are you talking about I-140s? Which types of applications are you talking about saying about them processing December-January cases in high volume?

@EN SL, oh no, I knew two of my friends submitted eb2 niw April and May 2021 and already got approved last month. idk what’s going on either. and the processing time on the website is too ridiculously long that we can’t even send inquiries about it
