Hello everyone. Has anyone received an update on their March 2021 case? I am renewing my EAD for the first time (03/08/2021) and I still have not received any update.

who has the same date as mine ? did you received anything yet ?
Should I still file a K3 visa?
Would you advise me to file K3 visa as my case just got update to “actively reviewing “ after 4 months of submission? Would it expedite or draw it back? please share from your experiences. I saw that most cases at Potomac have only been approved for I130 after a year. I am really confused as my case still has to go to NVC.

Vermont EAD Bonafide Determination
Has anyone had an EAD approval category (c14) from October 2021 from Vermont Service Center. I got a bonafide determination under U Visa.
USCIS has my Biometrics since were taken when I first filed for the uvisa in 2016.
I reached out to congressman to expedite this past week due to a job offer but haven’t heard back yet.

How long does it take after faxing evidence for expedite request
I expedited my I765 through EMMA on 2/17, then got an email asking for pending job offer on 2/18. I faxed them right away, how long does it take for the request to get an update? And how can I see it other than calling or chatting with USCIS?
