Lucky you! what magical words did you use when you ask for the expedite request? there is some secret password I am missing? (irony) I did request expedite on January 20th radio silence. I did another one on February 22th radio silence so far. I think you can expect an answer in a week or less

Hi Rocky, I’m not that lucky, this is the fourth expedite request after I tried contacting senators and congressman even ombudsman…wish me luck!!!

@Jimmy, I did not say that, my reason was financial loss, but that was what they asked for.

Same boat, I fax last Thursday and no update. chat with Emma today and she said I have to wait.

I am in the same boat. call them spoke to an agent and the aent me an email last Friday to fax them the evidence. I sent it the same day and no update as yet

alot of persons are trying to expedite because this waiting thing is exhausting so I guess the is causing delay as well

i did on november 22 and receive email December 28

@Brain I had the same experience when I received the email on 12/6/2021 but I faxed them on 1/13/2022. No response probably is because it took us too long to respond. I think you should initiate another one

Hi @Mariah ! today I received the same email than you lol. I did expedite for severe financial loss and they asking for job offer... What did you submit in your case? your original evidence financial loss or you found a job offer? did they answer you yet?

@Rockey I have a pending job offer and they specifically asked for ‘a pending job offer’ so I submitted it!

I didn’t hear back a decision from them but today I got another pretty similar to the email asking for evidence but this time they just say it’s under review, they will make a decision shortly. Does anyone know what it means?

Newest update, I just called and the agent said it’s denied :/

@Mariah I'm sorry to hear this. They are seeing your case, I'm sure your approval will come soon. Sometimes I found people that gets denied and days after gets the approval. Do not lose hope

okay y’all, I called again this time the agent said my expedite request is approved. At this point I’m just confused, there’s nothing on my account, no deny or approve email…who should I believe?

ask them when will appear on the account or when will you receive the card

Newest update: Not sure about the expedite request, but my I765 is being adjudicated as of right now! I think it’s somehow a good news cause I’m only waiting for the final decision!

@Rockey, say info pass on the phone or type live agent through EMMA. But since yesterday when I asked is my case is assigned to adjudication they said they couldn’t tell me the internal information, so I’m not sure if you still can see the case’s actual process. good luck!
