In Person Expedite Appointment Scheduled
I got a case inquiry call today for my expedite request and the agent scheduled an in person appointment for my i-131 expedite request. I filed i-131 with my i-485 and i-765 in Sept 2021 but they asked me to fill out a new i-131 and bring documents to the appointment.
From what I've read online they usually just approve online or after talking over the phone and providing some evidence. I am not sure if others have gone through an expedite in person appointment. Looking for some advice/help/feedback.

Hi guys !
I did many expedite and finally I sent my evidences. which is very clear I had many job offers and I can’t pay my doctors anymore. ( marriage based application) I sent my evidence with fax 2 w after they e mailed me ‘ we sent your case NBC they will make desicion about your case ‘ what’s that mean now ? did anyone get something similar ? should I expect something good should I be hopeful ? I should I be hopeless? I’m so tired about my work permit

I-693 while "actively being reviewed"
Does it worth stepping ahead and scheduling for the immigration consult to have the form I-693 ready before they ask for it ?
I rather have everything ready it´s been 4 months since the beginning, and once they schedule my IV or RFE I would like to have I-693 ready

Got an email after calling USICS about case being outside normal processing time. (EAD renewal)
Got an email after calling USICS about case being outside normal processing. Email stated that you're now in line for processing time and case will be processed in order in which it was received.
But upon tracking my case online, nothing has changed, do l count on their email or call them again?

Partially approved. EAD Received.
Received EAD after a long wait. Not a combo card even though we filed I-131 with all the other forms as a part of concurrent filing. still waiting on i485, i130, i131. Hopefully they’ll get to it soon.
Wish USCIS did some process automation to address this backlog issue. They need a strong project management, engineering teams to do some end to end process improvements.

My lawyer just informed me that they overlooked filing for my i131. I’m so confused and stressed . My 485 and 765 was filed in October. where do I start from now ? I was hoping to go see my ailing mother as soon as possible ☹️☹️☹️☹️

FILED MY I485, I765 back in June 2021 to Nebraska Service Center. still got nothing. send letter to VSC 3 times and 1 time from state representative. still nothing expired DL and lost job too. don’t know how long I have to wait

urgent help please
my vawa case was denied Jan 25th because my lawyer refused to submit an important doc.
i filled for case to be re-opened and fired my lawyer, yesterday i got receipt notice 2/23/22.
anyone know how long it will take to get approved for i290b? also can i use the receipt notice for my licence renewal because i use it to work and it expires in June..
