it will take around 1 month and 15 days to get case reopened. you also have to provide proof for support your i290b. If you give valid reasons then they will definitely re open your case.

you lawyer have ti fill one form I forget number of the form to send for uscis,after that uscis send approval letter for you can go on DMV get license back

they moved my I485 to NBC. for RFE it depends what you submitted and what they want.

theybrequested rfe in sept i gave my lawyer a week after, he didnt submit till dece.ber and still missed important docs

@OD you have to give valid reason for not submitting documents on time. sometimes lawyers take this stuff very easily

i wrotw there that the lawyer didnt submit, i shout have even printed out his email where he said he omitted it in error, he gave a non challant attitude about it and hence i stopped using lawyers, i took it up myself

No. you can file i485 with i360. you do not have to wait for i360 to approve. Smart people filed both together So you can get work permit and travel permit untill your i485 is pending. catogery is C09. you can file i360, i485, i755, i131 together. tell him to file for you.

my biometric was done 0n feb 25th but my I-130form says initial evidence required but my lawyer says he haven’t received any information from uscis it almost 18 days they have send initial evidence request will I have problems in getting travel documents & wat should I do very much tensed.
