DOB
So it turns out that on the application I submitted my immigration attorney put in the wrong DOB for me just the year was off by 4 years. Is this an easy fix? Or does it push back the processing time?

do you already exist in USCIS or first application/form submission ever? if the latter, I’d call and ask USCIS how to update. if the former, I’d imagine they would rely on the DOB already in the system versus what is provided on a form… if this is a form that you have to interview for, I think you would be able to correct in the interview.
worst case, just call and ask, I can’t imagine that it would impact processing time

my attorney did a mistake on my green card. sent it back to usics with a fee for correction, since 12/09/2021 case actively reviewed Potomac centre I’m so sad. God help us

mine was filed with wrong DOB, off by about 60 years. USCIS approved my I-130 form today. My lawyer said it’s not gonna make a difference and we will correct it at NVC.
