asked Emma about my case is it’s been moved out to another center but never got a live agent how you are getting informations from Emma to know which service center is your cases?
who has the same date as mine ? did you received anything yet ?

when you talk with Emma just say “live agent” and you will get connected if you call say “info pass” hope this helps
