@Kk k we have a very similar story—I also filed from MN, marriage-based to USC but with PD of Sep 21. May I ask, did you have your bio appointment on Jan 22? Or you received the appointment scheduled notice on Jan 22 and had the appointment later? I had my bio notice on Jan 15 and the appointment on Feb 9 in St Paul and wanna know how much longer I have to wait for my EAD

@my case did you get just i765 approval notice or both 765 and 131

we were just informed by our lawyer that USCIS recently changed their policy and they’re processing EAD and travel permits separately to clear the backlog in EAD’s. even if you filled together, you might not get a combo card.
