did anyone have their case stuck in background check after completing their interview?
What did you do to get your case approved and how long did it take? I had my interview back in May 2021 but every time I make enquiries they say it’s undergoing background check. I filed in May 2020 NBC. Minneapolis, MN

the day on my interview my rfe wasn’t complete so they send me a request to send all evidence that proves that my marriage is true so I give them with help of my lawyer ( bank statement, file taxe together,photo of marriage,insurance car with both names , letter from people said that they know us , lease agreement and more

I interviewed for I-75 and N-400 since Nov 2020 and when I make enquires I get that background message back.

i had my interview on 12/13/2021 and they put me on background check. After two months they approved my green card on 02/17/2022

we was separated. more than 100 question only to me . I'm the beneficiary. but all our answers were fine 🙂.

the IO was not friendly and making questions with bad actitud. and she got a confrontation with our lawyer in the interview.
