everyone case is different my mom applied for me in November 2021 and my case is already being reviewed…. just because it says it’s reviewing doesn’t mean they’ll get the approval it takes months

i saw someone get there approval in 5 days after applying this month and people that have been waiting since 2018 and still nothing

you can try expediting your case but you need a good reason as to why they should approve your case faster

it is really unfair. but people expedite and their countries are much more favorable than others. the case that was approved in 5 days was expediated for a serious reason. countries like Bangladesh India Philippines, take longer for some reason too

the case that got approved in 5 days was not expedited she couldn’t believe it herself until she went to her account and the approval notice was there some people have better luck than other

and yes some countries I-130 take longer than others

if you have a valid reason and strong proof call and speak to an agent about expediting or you can visit the congressman in your city to help you out
