Marriage GC Interview with Asylum Pending – What Should I Expect?
Hello Everyone,
I have my marriage based Greencard interview coming next month.
I have a pending asylum. I came to the US as F1 in 2015 and applied for asylum. I got married to my wife last year, she is a US Citizen.
Anyone has any idea what questions regarding the asylum will we be asked? And what documents to prepare.
We are really nervous!
Our lawyer is not really helpful so asking for guidance from the fb community.

Guys please help I-130 Approved but I-485 Denied
My mom entered in the us by cbp one, my sister is a US Citizen, she filed I-130 and I-485 for her. Last Friday I-130 approved and I-485 denied. I chart with with a live agent, he said “ the I-485 it not has been denied due to the way she came in to the US and I have to wait the denial notice in the mail”. On the document tab still now I can’t see the Denial notice. Account says case closed and history account says case denied, the document only has 2/2 (acceptance notice and the biometric notice). I don’t understand how they can deny a case without RFE, nothing. 5 days still can’t see the notice. Please help me guys.
