@Ivan b yes I went in October of last year and it was ok just say she needed a supervisor to look over it 2 days after I saw it updated to actively being reviewed and then now they schedule us back

@kk h yeah, were U married before? Where are U from? What type of visa did U enter the United States with? Were U out of Status before filing for adjudication? For how long? For me, these are reasons why U haven't received approval yet.

I never received no benefit from the government which they ask at my first interview, I enter on a b1/b2 visa and at my first interview she said everything was ok just need supervisor to review it.. it was updated 3 days after the interview to actively being reviewed and yesterday I was just being wondering so I log in and saw a new notice under my husband account and no we didn’t get a notification from them I just happen to found it

@kk h big up yuh self yardi . you and your husband just go maybe it will be a stroke interview where they separate you just to see if both of you guys and question both of you guys to see if the answers matches . just make sure you and your hubby prepare also bring the baby and the baby birth certificate as evidence! you will be just fine once you know each other and have a child together which is the best evidence ! good luck

@kk h just as @Kay Thompson said, nothing else matters as long as U & your husband know yourselves & can answer whatever questions uscis throws at U. U know, because of the current administration, uscis is currently looking into matters closely 👀.

@kk h don’t worry the baby is all the evidence they need when I did mine all the evidence I send was baby birth certificate I just got approved for I751 I did all my paper work and no interviews for non didn’t even use a lawyer everything will be fine

@A W U are very correct. @kk h if U had uploaded your baby's birth certificate & additional documents, they wouldn't have requested for U to come for a second interview. But go with the baby & make sure U go with the birth certificate with U.

what interview have you been called for, and for the first time, which one did you attend to ? I 485 or I 130

@Jennie don't worry you will get approval soon I waited for 6month but I get approved after home visit ..

I know someone who went to two interviews last year and waited. Eventually they grant her the GC.. Don't panic especially how your marriage is real. Just make all your answers are the same
