Based on research, various platforms and numerous observations I would've concluded that CUREENTLY at least 80% of cases approvals are in
JUNE 2022 for F2A OUTSIDE of USA.
JUNE 2024 for IR/CR OUTSIDE OF USA
IN THE USA:~~fluctuates and currently moving fast. I've seen IR/CR file in April 2025 and approved May 2025.
Feel free to share your thoughts and observations.
I pray we all in the waiting gets our approval ASAP. 🙏🙏

First and foremost praise Most High God!
1. submission receipts - we submitted Feb 5. Got our receipts fairly quickly.
2. Finger prints - in Mid-march fingerprinting was done.
3. Work permit - a week after fingerprinting work permit was sent.
4. Green Card interview - from March to July we waiting for update. Finally beginning of July we were notified of interview on July 25. Interview was in Houston USCIS Center. Officer was extremely nice, no crazy questions but I went prepared with the same evidence/documentation initially submitted. interview was approximately 20 minutes and that was it. my mom got her green card about 2 weeks later.
5. Shipping - we did not get a tracking code for USPS but it arrived safely to our mailbox.

18 months still no update - TSC
My PD is on 1st March 2024. RFE responded on 28th October 2024. Then 45 days ago they updated status to Actively reviewing. Do you have any idea how long it will take to get the decision?

Planning for the future (SIJS - Deferred Action)
Hi all, for those that have previously received Deferred Action what are your thoughts for the future?
Considering that as it stands, when it expires it will not be renewed. My first thoughts are wait to see the outcome of the lawsuit and hope it can be reinstated, but if does not, then I am not too sure of the steps to take. I guess just wait for PD to become current but who knows how long that will take lol.
What do you guys think? (doom posting)

Hi gn, my priority date is 16.7.2023. My case has not been approved yet. service center is Nebraska. Situation is so draining. Yet still uscis indicated it's processing normal and I can only send a message to them 15.11.2026. This is crazy. I'm seeing where persons filed 2022 and still waiting. Lord help us all.
