yes you can travel to Mexico but not Canada

@Silvya Khalil you need visa for both. just wait for your GC and then you can go to Mexico and Canada visa free.

@ak it’s pending I have here 11 years didn’t go anywhere I need to see friends I know for how long we will wait for gc

@sarah heips you are not serious ok Canada need a visa not Mexico with a refugee travel document i have been to Mexico 2 years back only with refugee travel document in Mexicali Mexico for 5 days if you don’t know stop spreading false information go and do your research well before you post in this forum

@Silvya Khalil, did Canada tell you why they denied your visa application? I read many resources online that a RTD is a valid from of identification for visa purposes in Canada.

@The Dreamer it’s really painful because we stuck here I’m still waiting for my green card I have here almost 11 years I can’t believe all this time and we have to wait more
