Hi everyone. AOS cases with pd nov 22 - april 23 with approved I-130 please keep checking your documents tab as a lot of people started getting medical rfe. This includes those originating from 75 countries on a ban list confirming that aos in us continues

my PD is June 2022. I’ve just received medical rfe while waiting for 485 approved. Does that mean my approval is close?

I got it as well. I sent medical documents before. why did they ask for medical rfe again?

@Ivan R First, we saw it under documents tab as Unclassifiable Document. Then we received it in the mail. Sent the exam results, they received it Friday, march 6, but we haven't got the receipt notice yet
