@MMM Lobot Thanks for sharing. After reading from many groups over the last six months about AOS and EAD, I've concluded that people with a priority date (PD) between June to December 2023 are getting their EAD approved, while those with a 2024 PD are still pending. This is because the 2023 PD was in retrogression. However, the 2024 PD will likely get the 1-485 approved directly, while the EAD will remain pending. This is my analysis since May 2023, and I understand that not everyone may agree with me.
