hi guys, I recently sent off the form and supporting docs to remove the conditions on my 2 year green card. last night the USCIS took the $$$ from my card so I know they have received and opened the packet. does anybody have any time lines on when I can expect the notice of action to be sent? thank you ☺️

status has been registered at august 21st 2025 to the USCIS for a greencard. The second journey starts.😇

reopening admin closed case
Anyone have any luck lately reopening an admin closed I-485 case? Removal order was terminated by BIA months ago and everything was sent in to appropriate address but they’ve still not reopened the case. I’ve spoken to tier 1 agents and they’ve made requests on my behalf but to no avail yet. Any advice on this or stories similar to this would be greatly appreciated!

hello friends I stayed at the ICE office camp in Texas for a month, and after my interview with an ICE officer, I was approved and they released me. I have completed my first Masters hearing in May 2025. Now the judge has moved my final case to April 2026. Can you tell me what will happen in this? I am very scared.

Vawa Greencard Interview Exerience
Hello Everyone. Today was my Vawa I485 interview day. I arrived on time all suited up! Went through security and checked in. Interviewer was a very nice and kind lady. She Swore me in and then asked me if I was aware of the case filed for AOS. She asked me to give her a brief summary of my vawa and then gave me my I485 file to go through and make any corrections. Of Course I made corrections answering Yes to working without authorization and violating non immigrant status. That was all. She gave me a paper stating that my case was being held for further review and I would be getting updates in the mail. Well, About an hour later, I got a status update😎😎😎 New Card Being Produced😎 Good Luck to everyone still in the process.

Complicated question vawa
Some of you already know I done been feeling like my case is complicated because I have old dui. I did wen to do my psychologist evaluation 2 weeks ago. Intried to ask my attorney office questions and find out when they are going to send everything in, but like always they never respond.
A friend of mine is using the same attorney. I made the mistake to tell him about the crap attorney after I started using her. She did the same thing with him. Got him to file vawa. Thus weekend we was talking and he said he just got a RFE. Same reason and the attorney is wanting to send him to the same psychologist. He said he thinks we being scammed because he don’t know how he can get approved with his record. I asked him what he has and he said some DUI’s. I told him I have a dui too. He said no wey I have 3 and a violation of probation and 2 domestic but they was expundged. He said this attorney said she was going to try to use vawa to explain 2 of the DUI’s the violation of probation and the expundged domestic. And he said he has a deportation. He said he’s thinking about going back to Mexico because he has his work permit but how ice is doing they don’t even care now and if he gets picked up he’s scared of going to immigration prison. I told him I was nervous about my old dui and starting to think this attorney is just legally robbing from our Latino community.
Anyway, I told him I would ask some opinions.
What do you all think? is it worth it with that on your record? No false hope you can be honest.
