congratulations @EB1C India . mine also Oct 2022, nbc , CRP since Oct 2025, medical rfe received before current Oct 2025. CRP since 2023? direct got medical rfe after CRP ?

@dk dev this is the 2nd medical RFE, since PD becoming current in Jan 2026, after the first set submitted in 2023 expired (2 yrs)

can anyone here please confirm if the online status of the case gets updated from Case Remains Pending to a different one when an RFE for medicals is sent?

mine is PD Dec 2022. interview done, Medical RFE resubmitted. any predictions?

@AJ V yes it’ll get updated once they receive your medicals.

@sakshi you’re v close, once the medical RFE is cleared if your PD is current it shouldn’t take long for approval 🤞🏽

@EB1C India - Congratulations again and thanks for responding. I wanted to check if the case status gets updated when USCIS sends you an RFE for medicals. I understand that they'll send a letter via mail, but I've had an address change recently, so wanted to make sure that there's an online way to track the RFE update on the USCIS website.
