i’m 185 days and no response to date i’m march 2022 i started my vawa process sent 2 RFE already

I submitted my second rfe oct 2022 still waiting I filed my case dec 2020

@ayel yael Yes, I sent enough evidence the first time, but they asked me for more so look for more evidence and add it, but since December 31, 2025 when they received my response from the RFE nothing has changed

@r r I thought they only asked for a single RFE to give an answer, what can a second RFE be due to? To be prepared, I'm from April 2022

everything i sent in 2022 they ask for it again since trump administration came in power

I applied in Aug 2022, received the PFD in October 2022, received the RFE in June 2025, submitted my response on August 15, 2025, and have been waiting for an update since then.

@Muhammad E. Today you must be completing 180 days, which is half a year. Wowwww it's a long time for an answer, I hope everything goes well for you

I’m sorry, this part is really hard because VAWA cases already take so long and an RFE adds more anxiety. At 40 days after responding, you’re still within a very normal range.
